Dear Members of ACOFI,
On behalf of the Executive Committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the African Communities Forum Incorporated (ACOFI). This important meeting will provide an opportunity to reflect on our achievements, discuss our future goals, and elect a new Executive Committee to lead ACOFI forward.

- Presentation of the Annual Report
A detailed report on the activities, achievements, and financial position of ACOFI for the past year. - Strategic Planning
A discussion on the future direction and priorities for ACOFI.

Important Notes:
- Eligibility to Vote: Africans and anyone who identifies as African in Auckland and is over the age of 18 will be eligible to vote or stand for election.
- Nominations: Nominations for executive committee roles must be submitted in writing to the ACOFI Electoral Committee via email at electoral.committee@acofi.org.nz by 11:00 PM on March 2025.
